Technology You Own
We think every business deserves technology it is proud of, and full control over it.
Why Haven Tech Exists
Around Atlanta's Chinese and Korean business community we kept hearing the same story. Someone paid for a website, and once it was up, nobody answered the phone again. Changing a single line of text took a week. A few could not even get their own domain back, because it had been registered in someone else's name.
We also watched owners repeat the same work by hand every day. Orders in one place, inventory in another, the two matched line by line at the end of every month. Software would have solved it, but they did not know where to start and had no way to tell whether a quote was fair.
Haven Tech exists to do two things. Build the technology properly, then hand it over to you completely.
Our Principles
What's Yours Stays Yours
Domain in your name, code delivered to you, accounts under your control. Leave whenever you want, with handover done in 24 hours.
Pricing Out in the Open
Every feature has a listed price, and every quote states what is included and what is not. We do not size up the customer, and we do not add charges once the work is done.
Quick to Answer
First response within 2 hours on business days, and small changes done the same day. Being quick to answer is a deliberate choice, not something we got lucky with.
Business First, Tech Second
Before the first line of code, we learn how your business actually runs. The technology is only the means. Your business is the point.
Clear Boundaries
We don't run your email administration, manage staff computers, or keep your passwords. We stick to what we do well, and we say so plainly when something isn't ours to handle.
Business in Three Languages
Chinese, English, and Korean. Not translated text on a page, but someone who can take the call and get the requirements right.

In semiconductors, "close enough" is not an answer.
I came from quality engineering (SQA), where you learn how much tolerance a step is allowed, how you verify it, and how you trace a defect back to its root cause — all standardized, documented, and closed-loop. In that industry a missed deviation surfaces tens of thousands of wafers later, so you learn to decide how you will know it is right before you start building.
Applied to tech services, that becomes three things: genuinely understanding what you need before writing any code; showing you the work and taking your feedback continuously, instead of disappearing for three months and then unveiling it; and handing over documentation and acceptance criteria at the end, instead of vanishing once it ships.
Anyone can build a website or a system. Whether it is reliable, and whether it stays reliable, comes down to process and standards. That happens to be exactly what this industry lacks, and what I do best.
