By using this website you agree to the terms below. They govern use of this site; the rights and obligations of any specific project are set by the service agreement both parties sign separately.

Quotes are estimates
Prices published on this site are indicative rates, not an offer or a final price. The final price is the written quote we issue after understanding your project. Written quotes are valid for 14 days.
Scope of services
We provide website development, website rebuilds, and long-term technical support. We do not build custom business systems, customer portals, or e-commerce carts. We do not administer client Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, manage employee devices, or hold client passwords.
Project terms
Deliverables, revision rounds, acceptance, payment milestones, and ownership are defined in the signed Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work. Descriptions on this website are summaries; where they conflict with signed documents, the signed documents control.
Hosting subscriptions
Hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. There is no minimum term and no long-term lock-in. The first month is free when hosting is taken with a new build.
Site content and intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this website belong to Haven Tech Solutions LLC. Sample sites in the template library are demonstrations using fictional company names and content; they do not represent real clients.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites or services, such as scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of information on this site. Project-related liability is addressed in the signed service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
